Garden magic over the lake, early morning
There is an enchanted place 45 minutes from SW Portland called Hidden Lake. We're going to treat ourselves for one day this summer....join us for this adventure!
Our day will include:
Arrive at 9:30-9:45 am
Yoga w/Todd 10-12 pm
Lunch 1-2:30
Free time (swim, relax, sun bathe, hike, get bodywork w/Vittoria, personal session w/Lauri or Judith) 2:30-5 pm
Yoga w/Vittoria 5-6 pm
Going home 6:30 after goodbye circle.....
Cost: to Om Base $50, to Hidden Lake for lunch $15 (Please do not bring your lunch as that is not an option).
